Cooling-Off Period & Returns

Not completely satisfied with your purchase? No problem. For an online purchase, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving the product without giving any reason.

After notifying us that you wish to cancel the purchase, you have a further 14 days to return the product to us.

In the event of a complete cancellation, you will receive a refund of the full purchase price, including the costs of the standard delivery method you selected. The costs of returning the product are entirely the responsibility of the buyer.

Return Conditions for Sealed Products

Products purchased sealed and unopened may be returned within the applicable statutory cooling-off period, provided that the product is still in its original condition and has not been damaged.

We ask you to handle the product with care and, where possible, return it in its original packaging together with all included accessories. The packaging may be opened to the extent necessary to inspect and assess the product.

The costs of returning a product are always the responsibility of the buyer. These costs will not be reimbursed by us.

Products Opened During a Livestream

Some products are opened during a livestream at the customer's request. If you choose to have a sealed product opened during or in connection with the livestream, the product will be opened specifically for you.

A product that has been opened at the customer's request during a livestream cannot be returned. By choosing to have the product opened during the livestream, you confirm that you agree to the product being opened and understand that the product is no longer sealed.

If you wish to exercise your right of withdrawal, please choose to keep the product sealed and unopened and return it to us within the applicable statutory period.

Refunds

We will refund the amount due within 14 days after you have informed us that you are cancelling the purchase. We may delay the refund until we have received the product or until you have provided proof that you have returned it.

We will issue the refund using the same payment method used for the original transaction, unless you expressly agree to another payment method.

Damage and Diminished Value

You may be liable for any diminished value of the product if you have handled or used it beyond what is necessary to establish its nature, characteristics and functioning.

If a returned product is damaged, incomplete, or has diminished in value due to handling or use beyond what is necessary for inspection, we may charge for the diminished value to the extent permitted by law.

We therefore ask you to handle the product with care and package it securely when returning it.
